Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
We understand that sometimes a size may not be quite right. Eligible apparel returns or exchanges must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions.
For change of mind or incorrect sizing, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives faulty, defective, damaged, or we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our friendly team will be happy to assist.
