Order Processing & Build Times
All CAPE2CANE products are hand crafted to order in our Cooktown workshop.
Because of this, please allow:
- Up to 4 weeks for collars, breast plates, tracking protectors, and custom orders
- 1–3 extra business days for packing and dispatch
During busy seasons, these timeframes may extend slightly.
We appreciate your patience while we craft your gear with care.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We express ship all orders Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as:
- Australia Post
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- QLD: 2–6 business days
- NSW / ACT: 3–8 business days
- VIC: 4–10 business days
- SA / TAS / WA / NT: 5–14 business days
Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
CAPE2CANE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your:
- Location
- Order weight
- Shipping method selected
We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible for our customers.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your parcel onlinePlease allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of your order.
CAPE2CANE is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address if the information was entered incorrectly.
If you need to change an address, contact us ASAP at:

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Contact us immediately.
Provide photos of any damage (if applicable).
We will assist you with submitting an enquiry to Australia Post or the courier.
Please note:
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delays out of our control (weather, road closures, courier disruptions) are not the responsibility of CAPE2CANE.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on most products. All items are handmade to order, so please allow standard build times before dispatch. International delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs delays.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. All parcels include a customs declaration with accurate product descriptions and values.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
